Directions: Apply an ample layer of mineral-rich Black Mud- to the surface of the body. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

For people suffering from rheumatic pain or cramped muscles, it is recommended to heat the mud to body temperatures to 37-38 degrees celcius. Apply the mud to the body using straight upward motions. For problem areas, it is advisable to apply an ample layer of mud. After application of the mud, the body can be wrapped in foil or plastic or left on to dry, no longer than 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Towel dry.

For treatment of aching joints, heat the packet of Black Mud in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium setting (pierce packet before heating). Make sure the Mud is not too hot before spreading on the skin.
